The first trimester comes with a lot of adjustments as you are now carrying a human being in your belly.Your body is adjusting to this new lifestyle change.You may find you are sleeping a lot than usual or you cant stand your workmate's scent anymore.The tough hurdle that most pregnant women complain about is the morning sickness,It is the worst.You cant eat,

Morning sickness during pregnancy is usually associated with an increase in oestrogen levels, low blood sugar counts, and a greater sensitivity to some smells.When a woman gets pregnant her sense of smell heightens and if she perceives a scent she doesn't like she may vomit.

Eat bland foods

Eating plain foods like baked potatoes or crackers helps keep morning sickness at bay.Avoid eating fatty or spicy foods as the smell can make you vomit.

Take your supplements

Iron supplements that are prescribed during pregnancy can sometimes lead to nausea. A doctor may recommend a slower-release form or a lower dosage.

Take iron supplements with orange juice or another drink with Vitamin C to increase absorption.However you can ask your doctor if you can just take folic acid if you are having trouble taking anything in.

Your obgyn can also offer you some anti-nausea pills if it becomes too difficult to control.

Ginger

Various preclinical and clinical studies have evaluated ginger as an effective and safe treatment for nausea and vomiting related to pregnancy.You can make some ginger tea and even pair it up with some ginger biscuits for good measure.
